Delete Your Account

You can delete your Study Corgi account and its data at any time. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account.

From inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Study Corgi
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Scroll down, tap Delete Account and confirm

You may be asked to sign in again first. This is a security check required before an account can be deleted.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email contact.zentalabs@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, or tell us the friend code shown on your Friends screen. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identifier
• Your focus session history, including any labels you typed
• Your coins, pet, streak, room layout and settings stored in your account
• Your profile, friend code, friendships and pending friend requests
• Your membership of any focus rooms
• Notification tokens registered to your account

What does not get deleted

• Data stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it; we never receive it.
• Purchase records. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by Google Play and Apple, not by us. To cancel a subscription, use your store account. Their records are kept under their own policies.
• Anonymous analytics and crash reports that are not linked to your account identifier. These cannot be traced back to you and so cannot be selectively removed.

Retention

Account data is deleted immediately when you confirm in the app. Email requests are completed within 30 days of us verifying the request. Backups are overwritten on a rolling 30-day cycle.
